If SpeedLabs is not delivering for you, we will make it right. No complicated process. No friction.
Our Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. We accept returns even on partially used products. If it is not working, that is enough.
How to Request a Return
Email sean@speedlabs.co with your order number and a brief note on what was not working. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
Exchanges
Want to try a different format or flavor? We can arrange an exchange in place of a refund. Just mention it in your email.
What Is Not Covered
- Orders outside the 30-day window
- Products purchased through third-party retailers — contact the retailer directly
