Where we ship

SpeedLabs ships across the continental United States. For Hawaii, Alaska, or US Territories, email support@speedlabs.co and we will work something out.

Free shipping over $35

Every one-time order above $35 ships free. Subscribers get free shipping on every order, regardless of size.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the label is generated.

Delivery windows

Continental US: typically 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground. We choose the carrier that gets it to you fastest.

Subscription orders

Your subscription order processes on the day of your scheduled cadence (30, 45, or 60 days). You can pause, skip, or change the cadence any time from your account.

Tracking

Tracking is sent automatically once your order ships. If you have not seen tracking three business days after placing your order, email support@speedlabs.co.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package shows "delivered" but is missing, or has not moved for seven days or more, email support@speedlabs.co with your order number. We will work with the carrier and either reship or refund.
